On the eve of Republic Day, the central government announced the Padma awards on Tuesday. A total of four names have been selected for Padma Vibhushan this year. Three of these people have been given this honor posthumously. The Padma Vibhushan awardees include the names of late former CDS General Bipin Rawat, (posthumously), late BJP leader and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh (posthumously), Radheshyam Khemka (posthumously) and Prabha Atre. Let us tell you that the names of 128 people are included in the Padma awardees. Of these, four will be honored with Padma Vibhushan, 17 with Padma Bhushan and 107 with Padma Shri.

At the same time, veteran Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad will be honored with Padma Bhushan, former Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee will be honored with Padma Bhushan, former Home Secretary Raj Rajiv Mehrishi will be honored with Padma Bhushan. Apart from this, Microsoft chief Satya Nadella and Google CEO Sundar Pichai will also be honored with the Padma Bhushan award. At the same time, Bharat Biotech's founder Krishna Leela and his wife will be honored with the Padma Bhushan. At the same time, Neeraj Chopra will be honored with the Padma Shri.
