G20 Summit / PM Rishi Sunak's traditional look - reached Akshardham temple

G20 Summit: British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, who says 'I'm a Proud Hindu', has come to India to participate in the G20 Summit. Today is the second day of the G20 meeting. Before the second day of the meeting, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak today visited Akshardham Temple in Delhi. The remaining leaders will visit the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat. According to the information, along with Rishi Sunak, his wife has also come to visit Akshardham temple. Let us tell you that Rishi Sunak's wife Akshata Murthy is the daughter of Indian businessman and Infosys owner Narayan Murthy.

Sunak said- I am proud to be a Hindu

According to the information, Sunak will stay in Akshardham temple for one hour before the G20 meeting. Let us tell you that earlier Rishi Sunak had praised Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that he has a lot of respect for PM Modi. He said that he is keen to support PM Modi in making the G20 a huge success. It is noteworthy that earlier while talking to the media he had said that I am proud to be a Hindu. He said, 'I was brought up in India only. I have lived in Bengaluru, my wife has also lived in Bengaluru. My in-laws house is also here. I lived in Delhi. We have also recently celebrated the festival of Rakshabandhan. Hopefully, if I stay here for the next few days, I can go to the temple.

Police increased security

Let us tell you that in view of Rishi Sunak's temple visit, Delhi Police and security agencies have made strict security arrangements. Delhi Police has increased the security around the temple in view of his visit. Besides, barricades have also been installed on the roads. Let us tell you that Akshardham temple is the temple of Swaminarayan. This temple is known as Akshardham.
