Hackers hacked the Twitter account of Punjab Congress and also changed its profile photo and cover photo. The account tweeted saying, 'As part of the celebration of the Beanz official archive reveal, we've opened an airdrop for all active NFT traders in the community for the next 24 hours!

Apart from this, the hackers have also posted a picture of party leader Rahul Gandhi on the Twitter handle of Punjab Congress. Posting the picture of Rahul Gandhi, the hackers wrote in the caption, 'Sach Bharat.'

4 big twitter accounts hacked within 72 hours

Hackers are very active these days. Alam is that hackers have hacked the fourth major Twitter account within just 72 hours. Earlier yesterday i.e. on April 10, hackers hacked the Twitter account of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and on April 9, the Chief Minister's Office of UP. However, it was reinstated after some time. After this, the UP government said on Saturday that strict action would be taken against those responsible for hacking the official Twitter handle of the Chief Minister's Office (CMO).

Meteorological Department's Twitter was also hacked

Along with this, the Twitter handle of India Metrological Department (IMD) was also hacked on Saturday evening. IMD Director General Mrityunjay Mohapatra said, 'The Twitter handle has been hacked and we are trying to restore it.'
