Mumbai: Rajkummar Rao is one dedicated soul. In every given film, he proves that he is one of the best. He seems to be a method actor who really tries hard to step into the skin of his character. Currently, he is shooting for Badhaai Do that stars Bhumi Pednekar opposite him. In a recent post, he gave a glimpse of his sexy abs and penned how difficult it was for him to achieve this transformation. He wrote that being a vegetarian and someone who is against steroids, it was very difficult for him.Rajkummar Rao shared a shirtless picture from the sets and wrote, "#ShardulThakur in #BadhaaiDo. Being a pure vegetarian and to strictly avoid any kind of steroids, it wasn’t easy to get this transformation but nothing seems impossible when you love what you do. #BadhaaiDo is a film which is really close to my heart and we had a blast shooting this film. @jungleepictures." His co-star Bhumi Pednekar appreciated his dedication and wrote, 'Witnessed this transformation first hand....Dedication level 100."
Vicky Kaushal, Aparshakti Khurana and many others lauded Rajkummar Rao for this transformation.Talking about Badhaai Do, Rajkummar Rao had earlier mentioned that it is a very special film for him. "Though the setting of our film and the story is very different from Badhaai Ho, the unique story and these entertaining characters will be so much fun for the audiences to watch," he said.Apart from Badhaai Ho, recently, Rajkummar Rao's Roohi alongside Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Sharma made it to the theatres. The film garnered good reviews from all corners.
