The youth who carried out the rape incident is from his village and the accused has been arrested on the complaint of the victim's family. Police has got the victim girl medically examined and she is currently admitted in the hospital. According to the police, the matter is being investigated thoroughly and strict action will be taken against the guilty person. The incident happened on Monday evening.

Later, the girl reached home in a hall where she informed the family about the whole incident. After this the family reached the police station to complain. Taking quick action, the police registered a case against the accused under POCSO Act as well as other sections.
