Mumbai: An alert Railway Protection Force (RPF) constable saved the life of a woman passenger who fell down while trying to board a train at Ghatkopar railway station in Mumbai on Wednesday (October 28). CCTV footage of the incident has gone viral on social media.

The CCTV footage shows a number of passengers walking at a platform at Ghatkopar railway station while a train was on the move. Soon, a woman rushes to board the running train, but she hits a rod and falls down. An alert RPF constable, who was present at the platform, rushed to her assistance when she was about to slip into the cavity between the platform and the running train. If he had not caught her on time, there were chances of her getting crushed under the speeding train.
