In Andhra Pradesh, a case of big lapse has come to the fore with the security of Prime Minister Modi. Protesters left black balloons near PM Modi's chopper here. When the Prime Minister's helicopter was taking off from Vijayawada, black balloons were flying in the sky. Congress workers had released these balloons.

Congress workers were protesting from where the prime minister's chopper was about to take off. He had black balloons and placards in his hand. They were also raising slogans targeting PM Modi.

Vijayawada Commissioner Kanthi Rana says that some Congress workers had released balloons from a distance of about two kilometers from the PM's helicopter. Four people have been arrested in this case and a case has also been registered. One person is said to be absconding. The Prime Minister had arrived in Andhra Pradesh to participate in the program organized on the birth anniversary of Alluri Sitarama Raju. He unveiled a 30 feet tall statue of a tribal freedom fighter.

Eluru range deputy inspector general G Pala Raju told Hindustan Times that Congress leaders had called for a nationwide protest. As a precaution, the police had imposed Section 30 and Section 144. Even before the arrival of Prime Minister Modi, three Congress workers Sunkara Padmashree, Parvati and Kishor were seen carrying black balloons near the airport. The police arrested all three of them and registered a case under various sections.

Five minutes after take-off from Gannavaram airport, balloons were seen flying at a distance of about four kilometers from the airport. Two Congress workers Rajiv Ratan and Ravi Prakash had released black balloons by climbing an under-construction building. State BJP President Somu Veeraraju strongly opposed this and said that it is a Congress conspiracy against the Prime Minister.
