Bollywood | The news of Ranveer Singh playing the lead role in the film 'Shaktimaan' was in the news recently. Now according to a latest report, Om Raut, the director of films like 'Tanhaji' and 'Adipurush', is going to take over the responsibility of directing this film. The role of TV's most successful superhero Shaktimaan was played by Mukesh Khanna for a long time, but now that a film is going to be made on it, everyone is very excited.

'Adipurush' director will direct 'Shaktimaan'

According to the information, Ranveer Singh is very excited to be a part of this film. However, he is yet to sign the film officially. According to a report in TOI, Om Raut has been approached to direct the film. We all have seen the work of Om Raut in Ajay Devgan's film 'Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior' and now everyone is waiting for Adi Purush.

Work on Ranveer's Gangadhar look is yet to be done

So far only one teaser of the film 'Adipurush', which is going to present the story of Ramayana in a completely different way, has been released. Talking about Shaktimaan movie, work is yet to be done on Ranveer Singh's look like Gangadhar Vidyadhar Mayadhar Omkar Nath Shastri. Like Adipurush, heavy VFX will be used in Shaktimaan movie too.

Tremendous transformation in the look of Saif and Prabhas

As far as Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan starrer film Adipurush is concerned, director Om Raut had said that a tremendous physical transformation has been done in the look of Saif Ali Khan and Prabhas for this film. The film also contains a lot of action. Many things are clearly visible in Saif Ali Khan's photos but I cannot reveal much right now.
