Mumbai: Kangana Ranaut has not been the one to mince her words when it comes to putting forth her opinions, be it in her tweets or in videos that she shares on her social media. Recently, the actress was criticised for her PoK remark for Mumbai that she passed when Shiv Sena leader, Sanjay Raut had said that she need not come back to Mumbai if she feels that unsafe in the city. And now, the issue has become bigger as a police complaint under sedition against Kangana Ranaut has been filed for her analogy. The police complaint has been registered at the Shrinagar Police Station in Thane against the actress. The news agency, ANI tweeted out the same. "Maharashtra: Shiv Sena IT Cell files a complaint at Shrinagar Police Station in Thane against Kangana Ranaut seeking FIR against her under ‘charges of sedition for her Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) analogy for Mumbai’, the tweet read.

Kangana's analogy received a lot of flak from the audience as well as her industry colleagues. Many tweeted out their stories as to how Mumbai is the land where dreams come true. "I see many people are threatening me to not come back to Mumbai so I have now decided to travel to Mumbai this coming week on 9th September, I will post the time when I land at the Mumbai airport, kisi ke baap mein himmat hai toh rok le (Slightly smiling face)," Kangana had tweeted out after receiving a lot of threats.

Now as per the latest reports, Kangana will be provided with Y+ security. The Centre has approved after her family requested for the same. Maharashtra's Home Minister had expressed his sadness over the same saying, "It is surprising and sad that those who insult Mumbai and Maharashtra, are being given ‘Y’ level security by Centre. Maharashtra is not only of NCP, Shiv Sena or Congress but of BJP & the public too. People of all party should condemn it if one insults Maharashtra: Maharashtra HM."
