Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor's brother Siddhant Kapoor, who was arrested for taking drugs at a rave party, has got bail. This information was given by the police officer on Tuesday. Deputy Commissioner of Police Bhimashankar Guled informed that Siddhant and four others have been released at the station bail. The police officer said that he would have to appear before the police when called.Guled told reporters on Monday, "It has been confirmed that Siddhant Kapoor, son of Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor, took drugs. His blood test report revealed that he was taking drugs. They have been brought to Ulsoor police station.” Police said that a rave party was going on in a posh hotel on MG Road on Sunday night when a police team raided there.Police sources said Kapoor, 37, has been arrested along with four others. Kapoor has acted in films like 'Shootout at Wadala' and 'Ugly' and has been an assistant director in films like 'Dhol'.About 35 people were present in the rave party and Siddhant was also invited to the party. Medical examination of all was done. Among them, five people, including actress Shraddha Kapoor's brother, were confirmed to have taken drugs. Police also recovered seven 'ecstasy' pills and a packet of marijuana from the party.The accused have been booked under sections 22A, 22B and 27B of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. The police had uncovered drug abuse in a section of the Kannada film industry in 2020. He then arrested actresses Ragini Dwivedi and Sanjana Galrani and Aditya Alva, son of former minister late Jeevraj Alva.
