Haryana BJP leader Sonali Phogat's family has questioned her death in Goa and demanded a CBI probe. Let us tell you that 42-year-old Sonali Phogat died of a heart attack on Monday night. He was declared brought dead in the hospital. According to news agency PTI, the police have registered a case of unnatural death.

Sonali Phogat's sister has said that her family has not accepted that she died of a heart attack. Sonali's sister Raman told news agency ANI, "My sister cannot suffer a heart attack. She was very fit. We demand a proper investigation from the CBI. My family is not ready to believe that she died of heart attack." It was due to a stroke. He had no such medical problem."

"I got a call from her the evening before her death. She said she wanted to talk on WhatsApp and said something was wrong. Later she disconnected the call and then she didn't pick up the phone," he said.

Sonali Phogat, who went to Goa with the group, was taken to the hospital after she complained of uneasiness. When his family questioned the circumstances of his death, Goa Police Chief Jaspal Singh told PTI that there was nothing wrong with it.

Sonali Phogat, a content creator rose to fame with her TikTok videos. She started her career as a TV anchor in 2006 before joining the BJP.

She made her acting debut with a TV show in 2016 and also featured in a web series in 2019. She was a contestant in the 2020 edition of the reality show Bigg Boss.

Sonali Phogat contested the 2019 Haryana election as a BJP candidate and lost to Congress candidate Kuldeep Bishnoi. Bishnoi has recently joined BJP. The two had met a few days back. He also shared pictures on social media.

On Monday, between 7 pm and 8 pm, she posted two videos and four pictures on Instagram showing the pink turban. Her sister Raman told reporters in Hisar that Sonali Phogat called her mother and told that she was not feeling well after having the food. Raman said, "She had said that she was feeling uncomfortable. She felt as if something was not right as if some conspiracy was being hatched against her. Later in the morning we got the news that she was no more."

There has also been a demand for a CBI inquiry by Congress and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders.

Sonali Phogat's husband Sanjay Phogat passed away in 2016 at the age of 42. He has a teenage daughter.

While campaigning for the Haryana elections, he had asked people in his rally whether they were from Pakistan when he did not chant "Bharat Mata ki Jai". Two years ago, a video of an officer slapping and thrashing an officer in Hisar went viral on social media.
