IND vs Wi / Special entry in Team India before West Indies tour, this veteran got big responsibility

IND vs WI: The Indian team will start their month-long tour against West Indies from 12th July. Team India has to play two Tests, three ODIs and five T20 matches on this tour. From this tour, Team India will also start the campaign of the third cycle of its World Test Championship. This tour is very important for the Indian team in terms of preparations for the upcoming Asia Cup and World Cup 2023. The Test and ODI squads of the Indian team had been announced for this tour. The T20 squad is yet to come. Meanwhile, now a special person has entered Team India. This veteran has been appointed to a position within the team.

Let us tell you that Jayesh George, the former secretary of the Cricket Board of India and the current president of the Kerala Cricket Association, has been appointed as the manager of Team India for the upcoming West Indies tour. Jayesh has played this role earlier also. He has gone on a tour of New Zealand with the India A team as a manager. Apart from this, Jayesh has been the joint secretary of the board even when Sourav Ganguly was the BCCI president.
