Don't compare it with Hollywood and say 'If you liked 'Gone Girl', then how come you didn't like 'Animal'? You're dealing with a different kind of audience. In Hollywood, people don't copy the hairstyles of actors from movies. He does not use lines from films in real life. They also don't start chasing women in real life after seeing them in a movie. But all this happens in our country. This is our reality. You can't compare our film industry with Hollywood and say 'why are these pseudo people talking like this about 'Animal' when they can enjoy 'Gone Girl' as an art form Are?'. Taapsee doesn't want to do a film like 'Animal'

Taapsee further asked why she would not do a film like Animal, she said, “Keeping the reality in mind, I need to use my power because being in Bollywood or being a star and an actor, it gives you soft power.
