Lok Sabha Elections: There is an alliance between Aam Aadmi Party and Congress for the Lok Sabha elections. Under the alliance, Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi will contest elections in New Delhi, West Delhi, South Delhi and East Delhi. Whereas Congress has got the seats of East Delhi, North-East Delhi and Chandni Chowk. Along with this, Congress party will contest elections on both the seats in Goa. Whereas in Gujarat, Congress party will field its candidates on 24 seats and AAP candidates will field on two seats. Along with this, Congress candidates will contest on 9 seats in Haryana, while Aam Aadmi Party will field its candidate from Kurukshetra Lok Sabha seat.

Both parties will contest elections alone in Punjab

Till now it was believed that the Lok Sabha seat of Chandigarh could go to the Aam Aadmi Party, but this did not happen. Now the Congress Party candidate will contest from here. However, there has been no agreement between the two parties in Punjab. Here both the parties will contest elections against each other. Announcing this alliance, leaders of both the parties held a press conference. During this, AAP leader Sandeep Pathak said that it is necessary for everyone to come together to remove today's anarchic government from power. He said that we are all coming together keeping our interests aside. He said that today the country is going through a very delicate situation. The Central and BJP governments are stealing the elections. Any leader who is raising his voice against them is being implicated in false cases and sent to jail.

SP and Congress have formed an alliance in UP and MP also

Earlier, Aam Aadmi Party had announced its candidates on many seats. After which it was believed that Aam Aadmi Party has also left the Indian alliance and there will be no seat sharing between the two parties. However, after this, talks started once again at the high command level and the result was that both of them formed an alliance. Earlier, there was an alliance between Congress and Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh also. Under which Congress will contest on 17 seats in UP and SP will contest on one seat in Madhya Pradesh.
