A 20-year-old man in Mumbai has been sentenced to one year's sentence for a minor girl to kill and fly. These sentences were heard under the Protection of Children from the Sexual Offend (Poxo) Act. On February 29, 2020, a 14-year-old girl told her mother that she did a man flying several times in addition to the eye. The girl's family filed a complaint of sexual harassment at the LT route police station. The police arrested immediately while taking action against the person who was complaining. Since then he was behind the bars.The arrested man claimed in front of the court during the trial that the girl's mother stopped talking to the girl because she was of both different communities. He allegedly alleged that he was falseed because a relative of the girl and bet in it.During the trial, the girl was closed as a witness to her mother and investigation officer. The court considered to be adequate to prove the crime of these three statements. Court said that prosecution was successful in proving the crime of sexual harassment. In order to give a one-year sentence to the court, the court said that if the evidence is seen on the record, then it is seen by the accused and flying what is sexual hitness.
