In the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Ashutosh, the doors of the 11th Kedarnath Dham will be opened on May 6 at 6.25 am in the Brisha Lagna. After this, the worship of Aaradhya will be done for six months in the Dham itself. Baba Kedar's Panchmukhi Chal Vigraha Utsav Doli will leave the winter seat of Omkareshwar Temple, Ukhimath for its Dham Kedarnath on May 2.On the holy festival of Mahashivratri, in the presence of Rawal Bhimashankar Linga in the Panchkedar Gaddisthal Omkareshwar temple, Vedpathi and Panchpurohits determined the date and time of inauguration of Shri Kedarnath after seeing the auspicious Lagna and Muhurta on the basis of Panchang calculation. According to the calendar calculations, the doors of Lord Kedarnath will be opened on May 6 in the Brisha Lagna at 6.25 am with rituals.The day of departure of Kedarnath from Omkareshwar temple, Ukhimath, Panchkedar seat of Baba Kedar's mobile Deity Utsav Doli was also fixed. Baba Kedar's Doli will leave from Ukhimath on May 2 for its Dham. Doli will reach Kedarnath on May 5 while staying overnight in Guptkashi, Phata, Gaurikund. Along with this, special worship of Lord Bhairavnath ji, revered as the Kshetrapal of Lord Kedarnath, will be done on the night of May 1.Baba Kedar Ki Doli Departure ProgramNight stay at Vishwanath Temple Guptkashi while leaving Panchkedar Gaddisthal Omkareshwar Temple on 2nd May.Departing from Vishwanath Temple Guptkashi on 3rd May, overnight stay at Phata.Departing from Phata on 4th May, overnight stay at Gaurikund via Sonprayag.Departing from Gaurikund on May 5, it will reach Kedarnath via Junglechatti, Lincholi, Rudra Point.
