Campaigning for the last phase of elections ended today. Voting will be held on Monday in 54 seats in nine districts in this phase. On the last day of campaigning, all the political stalwarts put their full strength on the seats in the last phase. BJP, SP, BSP and Congress all sought votes in favor of their candidates in the final phase districts of Varanasi, Ghazipur, Chandauli, Jaunpur, Azamgarh, Mau, Mirzapur, Sonbhadra and Bhadohi.

On the last day of campaigning, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a public meeting in Varanasi Rural and sought votes for his candidate. Amit Shah was in Jaunpur where he sought votes for his candidates. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held public meetings in support of BJP candidates in Sonbhadra, Bhadohi and Azamgarh. Akhilesh Yadav sought votes for himself and the alliance candidates in Jaunpur, Mirzapur and Azamgarh. Priyanka Gandhi did a road show in Jaunpur. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya sought votes for his party's candidates in Mau, Chandauli and Jaunpur.

In the final phase, 2 crore 5 lakh voters will decide the fate of 613 candidates. In this phase, more than 12 thousand polling stations and more than 23 thousand polling places have been set up. 800 company paramilitary forces will provide security for this phase. Prominent leaders in this phase include ministers Girish Yadav, Neelkanth Tiwari, Anil Rajbhar, Ravindra Jaiswal, Ramashankar Patel, Sangeeta Balwant, former ministers Durga Prasad Yadav, Om Prakash Singh, Kailash Chaurasia, Shailendra Yadav Lalai, Jagdish Narayan Rai, Surendra Patel, BJP Strong faces like Dara Singh Chauhan, Om Prakash Rajbhar, who came from SP, are trying their luck in this phase.
