On Wednesday, the dead body of a youth was found hanging in a shed outside the house in Mudiya village of Neemgaon area of Secunderabad police station area of Lakhimpur Kheri district. A towel was tied over his mouth. The deceased youth had got engaged on Tuesday night itself and he was married on Thursday.
There is mourning in the family after his body was found a day before the wedding. There was mourning in the bride's family in the midst of the wedding preparations. The family has expressed the possibility of murder, while the police say that no complaint has been received so far in the case. Action will be taken on the basis of postmortem report.
Subhash Chand, a resident of Mudia village of police station Nimgaon area, told that his younger brother Neeraj (21) was married on Thursday. He was engaged on Tuesday night. The brother of the deceased told that after dedication, Neeraj along with the family went to look after the luffa sown in the field.
After coming home late at night, he slept under the thatch lying outside the house. The brother told that when the family members went out of the house to wake him up in the morning, they got scared. When the noise was raised, all the relatives and other people present in the family immediately reached outside the house and saw that Neeraj's body was hanging in the shed. Due to which panic spread in the whole house.
The case has been reported to police. SO Neemgaon Devendra Kumar Gangwar May Force reached the spot and took the body in possession and sent it for post-mortem. On the other hand, the deceased's brother Subhash Chand accused three members of the family of murder in a land dispute, while the police say that prima facie it appears to be a suicide.
On the other hand, Subhash Chand, brother of the deceased Neeraj, who reached PM House to conduct the post-mortem of the brother's body, told that the brother slept at 1.30 pm on Tuesday, but in the morning he was found hanging. Told that the brother's mouth was tied and hung with a towel. It is alleged that he was hanged in a land dispute. The matter has been reported to the police.
CO Mitouli Abhay Pratap Mall said that Neeraj's body was found hanging. Prima facie it seems to be hanging. A postmortem of the body has been done. Further action will be taken based on the PM report.
