BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia said in a press conference that there was no laxity in the security of Rahul Gandhi. All the allegations of Rahul Gandhi are unrestrained. They are doing cheap and dirty politics and working to demoralize the security forces.

Gaurav Bhatia said- '15 company CAPF and 10 company Jammu and Kashmir Police, in total 25 companies i.e. about one and a half thousand soldiers were following the rules by forming a security cordon. QRT was also there. But the responsibility of Rahul Gandhi and the organizers of the yatra is not being fulfilled.

Rahul is traveling to get headlines-Bhatia

Gaurav Bhatia said- 'When you stop your journey one kilometer before without prior information, then the security agencies should be informed about it. No information about this was given to the Jammu and Kashmir Police by the organisers. Gaurav Bhatia said that Rahul is traveling to grab headlines. He said that cheap and cheap politics is being done. Such statements are being given by Rahul and Congress, from which one thing is clear that Bharat Jodo Yatra is only to remain in the headlines, therefore it is said at many places that the security was not adequate.

Rahul is breaking the morale of security agencies- Bhatia

Gaurav Bhatia further said- 'You do not fulfill the responsibility that is yours and work to break the morale of the security agencies by making unrestrained allegations. Everyone has the right to travel in a democracy, but there are rules regarding security and the responsibility that is to be followed. Rahul ignores the rules of security agencies and makes allegations on the contrary, it is condemnable.

He said he canceled today's yatra on the advice of his security personnel after the police arrangements during the 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district broke down. So I had to cancel my trip today. Others took a walk.

Rahul Gandhi said, “It is the responsibility of the administration to guarantee the role of the police. It is very difficult for me to go against the suggestions of people engaged in my security. “The Congress leader said,” I do not know why this happened. But this should not happen tomorrow and the day after. He said in response to a question that he would go on a padyatra. The 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' started on September 7 from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu. It will conclude on January 30 in Srinagar.
