Bihar Politics: The cabinet of Nitish government of Bihar is going to be expanded. The time for swearing in has been fixed and now the future ministers have also started receiving calls from Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. The swearing in will take place today at 6:30 pm at Raj Bhavan. Many MLAs have received calls from the Chief Minister's Office. According to the information, Nitish Kumar has called JDU leader and former minister Madan Sahni. Along with this, Nitish Kumar has also called BJP MLC Dilip Jaiswal and JDU MLA and former minister Lacey Singh, JDU MLA and former minister Sheela Mandal, JDU MLA and former minister Ratnesh Sada.

BJP will make 12 ministers

According to sources, BJP will have 12 ministers in Nitish Kumar's government. This includes the names of Nitin Naveen, Krishnanandan Paswan, Junk Ram, Mangal Pandey, Dilip Jaiswal, Santosh Singh, Neeraj Bablu, Nitish Mishra and Kedar Gupta. Along with this, JDU MLA and former Deputy Speaker Maheshwar Hazari will also become a minister.

Bihar can have a maximum of 36 ministers including the Chief Minister.

According to constitutional provisions, Bihar can have a maximum of 36 ministers including the Chief Minister. At present, there are a total of 9 ministers in the state cabinet including Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Among them, Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha are the Deputy Chief Ministers. Apart from these, BJP's Dr. Prem Kumar, Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, Bijendra Prasad Yadav, Shravan Kumar (all three from JDU), HAM's Santosh Kumar Suman and independent Sumit Kumar Singh also took oath as ministers.
