Apart from this, the participation of the winning MLAs of Apna Dal and Nishad Party is estimated in the cabinet.

A senior official associated with the organization says that this time in Uttar Pradesh, the cabinet is being formed by adopting such caste equations, which will make the road to 2024 very easy. His point was clearly towards the Dalits and backwards, whose party has got a bumper vote this time. According to political analysts, the cabinet is formed only in view of equal participation of people of all caste fraternity and communities. But while deciding the political interests and the future, all the governments constitute the cabinet in that sense.

The names of Keshav Prasad Maurya and Dinesh Sharma are also discussed.

Sources associated with the BJP say that this time three names in Delhi were also the most discussed whether they would be included in the cabinet or not. Swatantradev Singh was a minister in the Yogi government before becoming the state president. This election was fought under his chairmanship and was won in a bumper manner. Apart from this, the discussion is also to include Rae Bareli MLA Aditi Singh and Aparna Yadav, daughter-in-law of Mulayam Singh Yadav, who recently joined the BJP. That is why there are speculations that Aditi and Aparna may get a place in the cabinet.

Political analyst RN Tiwari says that the BJP is well aware that the vote of Dalits has got them a good deal this time. So the party would not want to miss any opportunity to woo the Dalits and connect more and more with itself. This is the reason that this time the participation of Dalits in the Uttar Pradesh government is also being estimated to be higher. Tiwari says that if you see the figures of Uttar Pradesh, then you will realize that even small parties have performed very well and many candidates have also become MLAs. On this basis, it can be estimated that in its new cabinet, the BJP can bet a lot on the backward most backward also.
