A very painful case has come to light in Sussex, England, where a one-year-old child swallowed a button-sized battery. After this, the child could be saved after 28 operations. Now after two years, the child's father has shared a photo, in which the condition of the young child is visible.

According to the DailyMail report, father Elliot Lennon said that he had a 10 chance of survival after swallowing a button-sized battery. The doctors had told that he could never fully recover.

Elliot Lennon told that 28 different operations were performed to save Ollie's life, in one of which surgeons had to operate on his heart as well.

Elliot Lennon said, 'When Ollie was only one year old, he had a lot of trouble eating anything. After that we showed the doctor. Initially, doctors thought he had asthma, but a few days later, X-rays revealed a button-sized battery stuck in his neck.

Elliot Lennon said, 'After 28 different operations, Ollie survived, but the damage caused by the caustic soda inside his body made him extremely ill. He can never fully recover and he will never be able to exercise like other kids.

Elliot Lennon, while sharing the photo of his son, advised people to be careful and said that always keep such things away from the child.
