India-UAE Relation: UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed has reached Ahmedabad where he held a road show with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Mohammed bin Zayed will attend the Vibrant Gujarat Summit. Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar welcomed him at the airport. Mohammed bin Zayed was given a grand welcome at the airport. After this, the road show of both the leaders is going on. Crowds of people are welcoming both the leaders on the roadside with flags in their hands. Slogans are also being raised to welcome both the leaders. This road show of Bin Zayed and PM Modi will start from Ahmedabad Airport and end in Gandhi Nagar.

Vibrant Gujarat Global Trade Exhibition inaugurated

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the ‘Vibrant Gujarat Global Trade Exhibition-2024’ on the eve of the 10th Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit. This exhibition has been organized in several halls of the Helipad Ground Exhibition Center in Gandhinagar, the capital of Gujarat. Its total area is about two lakh square meters. A total of 20 countries are participating in the exhibition. It has started just before the Vibrant Gujarat Summit. Prime Minister Modi will also inaugurate the Vibrant Gujarat Summit on Wednesday.

Prime Minister Modi reached the venue at 3 pm on Tuesday and visited several stalls at the exhibition along with Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and other dignitaries. On the occasion of the inauguration, students of local colleges were present in large numbers to welcome Prime Minister Modi and other guests. About 1,000 stalls related to research have been set up in this. It has a total of 13 halls which focus on 13 different themes like ‘Make in Gujarat’ and ‘Self-reliant India’. The exhibition has a special focus on women empowerment, MSME development, new technology, green and smart infrastructure and sustainable energy.

The exhibition will open for the general public on Friday and Saturday

The exhibition will be open for businesses on Wednesday and Thursday while it will be open to the general public the following two days. Australia, Tanzania, Morocco, Mozambique, South Korea, Thailand, Estonia, Bangladesh, Singapore, United Arab Emirates (UAE), UK, Germany, Norway, Finland, Netherlands, Russia, Rwanda, Japan, Indonesia and Vietnam are exhibiting their industries in this exhibition.
