Has given its decision on the last day i.e. 10 January 2024. Speaker Rahul Narvekar has given relief to the Eknath Shinde faction citing the Election Commission. Narvekar announced today, the real Shiv Sena belongs to the Shinde faction and the Uddhav Thackeray faction had suspended the MLAs by ignoring the rules.

With this announcement by the Speaker on Wednesday, the sword of disqualification that was hanging over 16 MLAs including CM Shinde has now been removed and they are happy with this decision. After this decision, supporters of Shinde faction are celebrating from Mumbai to Nashik, while Uddhav Thackeray has raised questions on the Speaker and said that democracy has been murdered today.

He said that the Speaker's order today is a murder of democracy and also an insult to the decision of the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court had clearly said that the Governor has misused his position and done wrong. Now we will fight this battle further and we have full faith in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court will not stop without giving complete justice to the public and Shiv Sena.

He also said that he will now go to the Supreme Court in this matter.
