India defeated New Zealand in the first semi-final match

Australia defeats South Africa in the second semi-final match

World Cup final ceremony schedule

1. Air show by Air Force for 10 minutes at 12:30 pm

The Indian Air Force is all set to make it special for the fans and players with a 10-minute air show by the Suryakiran Acrobatic Team. The nine-Hawk team will be led by Flight Commander and Deputy Team Leader Wing Commander Sidhesh Karthik. Suryakiran acrobatic team will take off from Ahmedabad airport and perform vertical air show over Narendra Modi Stadium.

2. Parade of Champions for 15 minutes at 5:30 pm

For the first time in the history of the tournament, the ICC has invited the captains of all World Cup-winning teams to watch the 2023 final. From 1975 winner Clive Lloyd to recent winning captain Eoin Morgan, everyone will be seen at the Narendra Modi Stadium with their World Cup trophies. Where all five types of trophies will be visible. During this time, former Team India captain Kapil Dev and MS Dhoni will be seen. All the captains will wear the same type of blazer, which is designed according to the theme of the World Cup.

3. Music Show

India's famous music director Pritam will lead his team in the music show 'Dil Jashn Bole'. More than 500 dancers will be seen performing to famous songs like Kesariya, Deva Deva, Lahara Do and many more at the Narendra Modi Stadium.

4. Show will be held with 1200 drones for the champion team

The ICC also plans to conclude the closing ceremony with a laser magic production to display the name of the World Cup winning team on the trophy. More than 1200 drones will light up the sky of Ahmedabad with the name of the winning team followed by the world's largest fireworks show. Which will be made special for the fans. Nothing like this had ever been done in the history of the World Cup. All this is being done for the first time.
