A restaurant employee punched an elderly man over a petty issue. The victim suffered so much that she had to be admitted to the hospital and she died a month later. According to reports, the Wendy's employee slapped her after she complained about food.

It's 26 July. Antoine Kendrick, a 35-year-old waiter at Arizona's Wendy's restaurant, suddenly pounced on a 67-year-old man. Police said that the man had complained about food. Police have also released footage of the incident. It can be seen that Kendrak got up from the counter and ran towards the elderly man and slapped the customer vigorously.

The old man fell to the ground and suffered a head injury. After that he fainted. After this the victims were airlifted to the hospital in critical condition. On August 5, the elderly man died in the hospital itself.

Kendrik was earlier charged with misconduct but after the death of the elderly, a case of second degree murder has been registered.
