In Rajasthan assembly today, the ruling party came under fire when CP Joshi adjourned the assembly indefinitely for disobeying its orders. In fact, during the discussion on a bill in the assembly, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shanti Dhariwal, Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra and Transport Minister Pratap Singh Khachariawas wanted to present their side regarding the uproar of the opposition, but Speaker CP Joshi did not stop it. Despite this, when the minister continued to speak, Speaker Joshi adjourned the proceedings of the house indefinitely.

After the anger of CP Joshi, the legislators of the ruling party and the leaders of the opposition met CP Joshi but no solution could be found. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shanti Dhariwal said that it is the prerogative of the speaker, even without calling the cabinet, the speaker can resume the further proceedings of the house. Tomorrow is a holiday due to Ramdev Jayanti. In such a situation, if CP Joshi's intention is there, then the proceedings of the assembly can be resumed from September 17. Actually explain to you why this whole ruckus happened.

Today in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, we got to see that which had never happened before. It was seen many times when the Speaker got angry with the uproar of the legislators of the opposition, but after getting angry with the ministers of the ruling party, the speaker adjourned the proceedings of the house indefinitely, it appeared for the first time in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly.

After a long discussion on the Rajasthan State Road Transport Service Amendment Bill 2021 after lunch in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, as soon as Transport Minister Pratapsinh Khachariyawas started replying, the opposition leaders created a ruckus with slogans. Pratap Singh Khachariyawas was constantly attacking the central government on many subjects including the failures of Corona, blaming the policies of the BJP regime for the loss of Rajasthan Roadways. In such a situation, the opposition MLAs led by Deputy Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathod came to the well and raised slogans. Amidst the uproar, Pratap Singh Khachariawas had to finish his answer quickly. The bill was passed amidst the uproar but the proceedings of the house were adjourned for 15 minutes. When the proceedings of the House resumed after 15 minutes, Chairman Rajendra Pareek asked Deputy Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathod to speak while starting the discussion on the Rajasthan Compulsory Registration of Marriages Amendment Bill 2021.

All the legislators of the ruling party, including Chief Whip Mahesh Joshi, opposed the speech of Deputy Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathod, Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasara even said that when Pratap Singh Khachariyawas i.e. Shekhawat was not allowed to speak, Rathod should not speak. Once again there was a loud uproar in the House, then the proceedings were adjourned for half an hour. After half an hour when the proceedings started, Speaker CP Joshi on the chair, citing International Day of Democracy, instructed to follow the dignified traditions of the House. As soon as CP Joshi asked Rajendra Rathod to keep his point, Govind Singh Dotasra first wanted to keep his point. When Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shanti Dhariwal also tried to put the spirit of the ruling party in front of CP Joshi, CP Joshi was upset, he said, if you want to remove me, remove it, but the house will run according to the rules and rules Shanti Dhariwal who repeatedly- While trying to speak the bar, CP Joshi suddenly stunned everyone by adjourning the proceedings of the house indefinitely.

The assembly proceedings were adjourned twice earlier due to the uproar in the House due to the confrontation between Transport Minister Pratapsinh Khachariawas and Leader of Opposition Gulabchand Kataria. When the proceedings started again at six o'clock, the speaker said that forget what happened earlier and move on. The kind of debate that took place during the passage of the bill today was not correct. Referring to the International Day of Democracy, Speaker CP Joshi said, the manner in which the bill was being discussed was not according to the rules. The debate got so long. Discuss on demand. The debate on the bill today was not on topic. Whatever happened should be forgotten and this mistake should not be repeated in future. Dhariwal started speaking in spite of refusing, Joshi said - you choose another president, I will not allow it to run like this.

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shanti Dhariwal stood up as soon as CP Joshi talked about running the proceedings of the house. On this, Speaker Joshi clearly said that now further proceedings will go on and no one will be allowed to speak on the old issue. Joshi stood up from the seat and gave a clear warning to Dhariwal. Despite this, when Dhiwal kept speaking, Naraj Joshi said that you choose another Speaker, you cannot dictate the Speaker like this, if you do not want to run the House, then I adjourn now. When Dhariwal did not stop speaking on this too, the angry speaker adjourned the proceedings of the assembly indefinitely.

Angered by the behavior of the Parliamentary Affairs Minister, the legislators of the opposition came to persuade the Speaker, the ruling party came into a tizzy due to the Speaker's decision to adjourn the assembly indefinitely. Congress MLAs reached Speaker CP Joshi's chamber. Now opinion is being taken from the experts of Parliamentary matters on how to call the House again. It is believed that only after the intervention of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot in this matter, a strategy for further action has been prepared.
