T Natarajan: Delhi Capitals raised hopes with a strong start in IPL 2025, but by the end of the season the team fell behind in the playoff race. Coach Badani clearly said, "Why would we spend 11 crores on a player and then keep him on the bench? We had included Natarajan especially for the death overs." But he also said that despite recovering from the injury, Natarajan was not fully fit and this remained a hindrance to his availability throughout the season.
