AMBALA / 16 more bomb shells found in Begna river in search operation, 232 were found earlier

During the search operation in Shahzadpur area of ​​Ambala district of Haryana, police have found 16 bomb shells (old bombs) from Begna river adjoining Mangalore village. Police have seized the bombs and kept them at a safe place. Let us inform that earlier on Friday, 232 bomb shells were found from the forest of Mangalore village adjoining the Begna river.

After which the police took them into custody and informed the bomb disposal team including high officials. The team reached the spot and after examining the said bomb shells, kept them in a safe place in the forest itself. The Army Ordnance Corps team examined the bomb shells on Saturday and did not find any mark on them due to the war.

After this, the police had started a search operation in Mangalore area since Friday. Due to which once again the police found 16 bomb shells in Begna river on Monday. Police station in-charge Shahzadpur told that the guard has already been deployed for security, because the bomb shell found earlier has not been defused yet. He said that the search operation is still going on by the police in the said area.
