A priest was killed in a land dispute in Karauli, Rajasthan. The priest was undergoing treatment at the hospital in the event of burns, where the priest has died. The whole matter is related to the possession of land. It is alleged that the miscreants burned the priest to death in case of land grab.

Currently, the family is meeting on a dharna outside the MSS Hospital in Jaipur. Talks are going on between the police officer and the family who reached the spot. It may be decided to suspend Sapotra SHO. Also, the body will be transported to Karauli in safety. High officials can go to Karauli to investigate the matter.

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that the killing of Babulal Vaishnavji in Sapotra, Karauli is extremely unfortunate and malicious, such acts have no place in civilized society. The state government is with the bereaved family in this hour of grief. The main accused in the incident has been arrested and action is on. The culprits will not be spared.
