Now another leader seems to be entangled in this matter. ED sent summons to Durgesh Pathak for questioning in the liquor scam case. Pathak reached the ED office at 2 pm.

At the same time, ED is also interrogating Vibhav Kumar, private secretary of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Even before this, the Enforcement Directorate had already interrogated Vibhav Kumar and Durgesh Pathak. It is reported that ED has confiscated Durgesh Pathak's phone and called him for questioning.

‘Political alliance of ED and BJP’

Meanwhile, the statement of Aam Aadmi Party leader and Delhi government minister Atishi has come to light. He has accused BJP of hatching a conspiracy. Atishi says that BJP is conspiring to stop Aam Aadmi Party from campaigning. The minister said that there is a political alliance between ED and BJP. BJP wants to remove AAP party leaders from election campaign at any cost through ED.

Durgesh Pathak in ED's grip

After Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh, and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, now Durgesh Pathak seems to be in the clutches of ED. It is being told that his name is coming up in the liquor scam case. Regarding which ED is going to interrogate Durgesh Pathak. Let us tell you that Durgesh Pathak is an MLA from Rajinder Nagar, Delhi. He is one of the old leaders of the party who was associated with the party since its initial days. Along with this, he was also in-charge of the party in Goa elections.

Liquor scam is becoming a thorn in the neck for Aam Aadmi Party. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia are in jail. The party's MP Sanjay Singh was also arrested by the ED, although Sanjay Singh has been released on bail a few days ago. There is a lot of resentment among the party members regarding the arrest of Chief Minister Kejriwal. Party leaders are continuously raising questions on the action of ED. The party alleges that ED is working on the instructions of BJP. The aim of ED is to tarnish the image of Kejriwal and oust the party from power in Delhi at any cost.
