Lucknow. Samajwadi Party leader and Rampur MLA Azam Khan has got interim bail from the Supreme Court. On getting bail, the way has been cleared for the MLA of Rampur to come out of Sitapur jail. Before the party president Akhilesh Yadav on the bail of Azam Khan, his rebel uncle Shivpal Yadav has expressed happiness. Shivpal has said that the hour has come, which he was waiting for. There is speculation that Shivpal may form a new front with Azam.
Shivpal Yadav tweeted on Thursday, “Satyamev Jayate Nanritam Satyen Pantha Vitato Devayanah. The long wait for justice has been fulfilled today. Azam Khan Sahab has been granted interim bail by the Supreme Court. They have got justice from the blatant oppression of the system. India's judicial system is a ray of hope. greeting." Earlier, Azam Khan's son and Swar MLA Abdullah Azam also wrote 'Supreme Court' Zindabad on Twitter. Azam's wife Tanzin Fatima has called it the victory of truth.
