'Maintainability remains the issue'

Arbaaz Merchant's lawyer said, "Maintainability continued to be an issue in getting bail, and in the end the judge rejected the bail." Maintainable means that this court does not have the right to hear bail matters. Only the Sessions Court has this right. Now we will go to the sessions court.

Akhlakh case cited

At the same time, Aryan's lawyer Satishmane Shinde, referring to the Akhlakh case, said that if there is no strong evidence against us, then you cannot stop even for a minute. Advocate Shinde also cited Riya Chakraborty, Soubik Chakraborty, Faizan Ahmed cases in defense in favor of granting bail in the court. Along with this, Souvik's reasoning for not being granted bail simultaneously was also told. However, the court refused to grant bail.
