Chennai : A unique incident of theft has come to light in a bank in Chennai. Here thieves robbed 32 kg of gold from a bank on Saturday evening. The value of this gold is said to be crores of rupees. According to the information, this incident happened in the Fedbank Gold Loan in Arunabakkam area of ​​Chennai. Three persons entered the bank wearing masks and locked the bank employees in the restrooms. According to Police Commissioner Shankar Jeewal, all three had taken the keys of the strong room from the employees. After this, after filling gold in carry bags, they fled from there. He told that the branch says that 32 kg of gold has been stolen.

However, the police say that seeing the incident, it seems that there is complicity of the bankers in this. According to NDTV, Joint Commissioner of Police TS Anbu said that one of the robbers is suspected to be an employee of this branch. In another video, the security guard is seen saying that the thieves gave him something to drink. He fainted after drinking it. It is said that today the branch was closed and only a few employees had arrived to do some work related to the account. Police has formed a special team to arrest the culprits.
