Deduction / Bhamashah Scheme benefits cut by Raj Govt, will now get 3 lac rupees instead of 5 lac rupees

Jaipur: Whether or not the people will get the benefit of Bhamashah Health Insurance Scheme for once the government has gone out of this crisis after the new arrangement made by the officials of Medical Department, however the common man will not get the benefit of Ayushman Bharat Mahatma Gandhi Rajasthan Health Insurance Scheme.

The difference between the two schemes is that while treatment of only three lakh rupees is being received under Bhamashah Health Insurance Scheme, the Ayushman Bharat Mahatma Gandhi Rajasthan Health Insurance Scheme would get free treatment up to five lakh rupees. Now that the government has entrusted this task to the new insurance company, it is difficult to get the benefits of Ayushman Bharat Mahatma Gandhi Rajasthan Health Insurance Scheme in the coming and many months.

These reasons for the delay in the benefits of the scheme

The first medical department officials delayed to understand the seriousness of the case. They waited for the Bhamashah plan to end. When the matter was reversed, the Bhamashah plan itself had to be extended.

Loss of common man fixed

The benefit of Bhamashah Yojana which is being given to the patients, where every family would get the benefit of five lakh rupees from December but they are now getting a claim of three lakh only under Bhamashah. If treatment of a family member takes more than three lakh rupees, then money has to be paid from their own pocket.

I dont know yet how much time it will take

• The process of providing benefits under the Rajasthan Health Insurance Scheme has started, but how long the cards of these families will be made, it is not decided. In such a situation, it will be difficult to say that in the next and many months, the people will get benefits under this scheme.
• The second government issued orders but delayed implementation. Ayushman Bharat Mahatma Gandhi did not take information about Rajasthan Health Insurance Scheme for two and a half months and did not even call a report from the authorities.
• The third government is facing considerable shortage of money. However the bid is to be opened on 20 December under the scheme. Only then will it be decided which company will do this work.
