BJP spokesperson said, "I am reading the court's letter... Robert Vadra and his mother were involved in this work, today they are shouting proofs that you are a sinful family and you have done the work of harassing the farmers. " Bhatia said that this scam pertains to 125 bighas of government land during the Congress government between 2008 and 2013, but this whole scam is of one thousand bighas of land.

'Allotment of land in fake name'

The BJP spokesperson alleged that the land was allotted to those who were not there in reality. The allotment was done in the name of Natharam and Hariram, but these people are not being found even after searching, because these people did not exist. They were given the land of the farmers. Gaurav Bhatia said that the Congress had done land scam in Haryana also during its government and had grabbed the land of the farmers.

HC shocks Robert Vadra

Let me tell you, Robert Vadra has got a big blow from the Rajasthan High Court. On Thursday, the High Court rejected his plea to quash the money laundering case lodged against him and his mother Maureen Vadra. However, the High Court granted interim protection from arrest to Robert Vadra in connection with the case.

This case is related to the alleged money laundering case against Robert Vadra in connection with the purchase of land in Bikaner. The hearing in the case was completed in the court on Wednesday (December 21). Apart from Skylight Hospitality, Mahesh Nagar has also challenged the ED's investigation in a single bench. The ED had registered an ECIR (Enforcement Case Information Report) in the matter. During that time Robert Vadra, the liability partner of Skylight Hospitality Pvt Ltd, his mother Maureen Vadra and partner Mahesh Nagar approached the Rajasthan High Court.

The court had issued a third party interim order giving him relief. Due to this, the interim stay on the arrest of Robert Vadra, his mother Maureen Vadra and Mahesh Nagar continues. The ED had earlier presented an application before the court to lift the interim stay on arrest.
