The court has granted regular bail to Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh with conditions. The court said, Brij Bhushan is being granted bail with the condition that he will not influence any witness during this period. Along with Brijbhushan Sharan Singh, the court has also granted bail to Vinod Tomar. Both have been given bail on a personal bond of 25-25 thousand. The court has ordered that he cannot go abroad without the permission of the court.

Let us tell you that when the bail plea was heard on Thursday, the prosecution opposed the bail in the court while the defense appealed to grant bail to both the accused. However, the public prosecutor appealed to the Rouse Avenue Court to take a decision as per the guidelines of the Supreme Court.

When the judge asked him whether he was opposing or not, the public prosecutor said that he was neither opposing nor supporting, but demanding a decision as per the guidelines of the Supreme Court.

Both the accused got interim bail
