The car of the Zareen family of Gujarat crashed while descending from the inaccessible road of Taragarh hill in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The car overturned after falling into the ditch from a height of about 50 feet. Seven people, including a child, were in the car. Fortunately, the car fell into the ditch and got stuck in the bushes, without causing any serious accidents. Ahmedabad Benazir Society residents Sohail Pathan (26), Anjal Pathan (30), Almas Begum (28), Anjum (28), Alisha (20), Zaida Begum (55) and Hayat Khan (3) were injured in the accident.

According to the information, late on Sunday evening, Zareen of Ahmedabad (Gujarat) was returning in a private car after performing jiarat in the dargah of Hazrat Meera Syed Hussain located in Taragarh. While descending from the hill, the car overturned after falling 50 feet due to sudden brake failure on the difficult road. Car rider Zareen was not hurt much after falling on the bushes.

The people present at the Prithviraj memorial helped out the Zareen family and took the injured to Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital. As soon as the information was received, ASI Kishan Singh from Ramganj police station and Dargah police station reached the spot. Preliminary investigation suggests that the accident was due to brake failure of the car. The police got the car out of the ditch late night with the help of a crane.

People present on the spot told that after getting out of the car, the injured mother Alamus started crying after seeing her daughter safe and clinging to her. He told that the car of the Zareen family of Gujarat, returning from Jiyarat late in the evening, suddenly fell down from the hill with a bang. They were sitting near the monument. He saw a loud sound and a cloud of dust. When he reached running, he saw that a car had fallen about 50 feet from the inaccessible turn. After evacuating the Zareen trapped in the car, he was taken to the hospital.
