Odisha News: The Odisha Criminal Investigation Department (CID) is planning to conduct a dramatization exercise to solve the mystery of Russian MP Pavel Antonov's death. According to an official, the CID continued questioning the hotel staff in the Rayagada death case, while the seized items would be sent for forensic examination.

Antonov died on December 24 after falling from the third floor of a hotel in Rayagada city. Two days before this, on December 22, another Russian, Vladimir Bidanov, was found dead in his hotel room.

Meanwhile, the Marine Police Station in Paradip along with the Jagatsinghpur district administration conducted the post-mortem of Russian engineer Miliyakov Sergey (51) on Wednesday. Sergei was found dead inside a cargo ship parked at sea near Paradip port.

Kujang tehsildar Pritiparna Mishra, who was present as magistrate during the post-mortem, said, “The post-mortem examination of the body has been completed, viscera has been collected and sent for forensic examination. The body will be handed over to an appropriate agency as per protocol.

However, one of the doctors involved in the post-mortem examination claimed that Sergei had a scar on the left side of his forehead. The doctor said, 'It could be because of the fall. The details can be ascertained from the forensic report.' The doctor said that a bruise on the forehead may not necessarily indicate something wrong.
