IND vs PAK: The Indian team faces a challenge from Pakistan in the high voltage match of Asia Cup 2023. Today i.e. on Sunday this match could not be completed due to rain. Now this match will be played on reserve day i.e. on Monday. Team India's score at present is 147 runs for 2 wickets. Virat Kohli is playing with 8 runs and KL Rahul with 17 runs. The weather on Monday, September 11 is also not good. According to Accuweather, there is a 99 percent chance of rain tomorrow. Whereas Weather.com shows 90 percent chance of rain. Accuweather is showing a 99 chance of rain during the day and a 59 percent chance of strong winds and storms. The chance of rain reduces to 77 percent in the evening but there is no guarantee that there will be no interruptions. If we look at the hourly forecast, things do not look that good and even a short match seems unlikely.

What if the match doesn't happen?

If the reserve day is also washed out due to rain, then both the teams will share one point each and Pakistan will be one step closer to making it to the Asia Cup final. On September 12, Team India has to play its second match of Super 4 in which it will face Sri Lanka. That means now Team India will have to play for three consecutive days. This becomes more difficult when some players of the Indian team have returned after injury. Hardik Pandya also continuously works on workload management. In such a situation, there is a doubt that playing for three consecutive days may increase the difficulties for the Indian team.

Team India's great start

Team India's openers Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill gave a wonderful start in the Super 4 match against Pakistan. Rohit Jahan was out after scoring 56 runs in this match. Whereas Gill played an inning of 58 runs. Both the players made a partnership of 121 runs for the first wicket. Pakistan's fast bowling trio Shaheen, Naseem Shah and Haris Rauf did not prove to be very effective in this match.
