Gyanvapi Case / Court approves petition to file case against Owaisi and Akhilesh Yadav, know what is the matter

Gyanvapi Case: A big update has come out in the Gyanvapi Shringar Gauri case of Varanasi. In this case, the court has approved the petition to register a case against Owaisi and Akhilesh Yadav. Plaintiff advocate Harishankar Pandey has won a big victory on the ongoing debate about maintainability. Owaisi and Akhilesh Yadav made statements on TV channels.

Let us inform that the court was hearing the matter of controversial remarks given by Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav and AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Gyanvapi at around 2 pm on Tuesday. The order was reserved after hearing in the matter earlier also.

Today this hearing took place in the court of ACJM V MP/MLA Ujjwal Upadhyay. Let us tell you that in this case, it was said in the prayer letter of advocate Harishankar Pandey that Akhilesh Yadav and Asaduddin Owaisi made unrestrained comments in the Gyanvapi episode, which hurt the sentiments of Hindus. That's why a case should be registered against them. In this case, since this morning, the churning was going on regarding the court action. Because of which there was a ruckus in the court.
