Lok Sabha Elections: Senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh has accused BJP and All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) of collusion. Digvijay Singh also wanted to know from where Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi gets money. He alleged that BJP instigates Hindus, while Owaisi's party AIMIM instigates Muslims, but they complement each other and work in coordination. He was addressing a gathering at Susner in Agar Malwa district under Rajgarh Lok Sabha seat. Digvijay Singh is the Congress candidate from this seat.

Washing machine to clean BJP tainted leaders

Digvijay Singh alleged, “Owaisi openly instigates Muslims in Hyderabad, BJP instigates Hindus here. But I ask you, where does the money come from to field Owaisi to cut the votes of Muslims? They do politics together. They complement each other.'' Singh alleged that democracy has been murdered in the country and people are being sent to jail. He said that West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee rightly said that BJP has become a washing machine to clean tainted leaders.

He said that the foundation stone of Ram temple had been laid at the same place during the rule of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, but they (BJP) opposed it. Singh reiterated that this is his last election and he wants to be the voice of the people of Rajgarh Lok Sabha seat. Singh represented the seat in the Lok Sabha twice – in 1984 and 1991 – before becoming the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh in December 1993. BJP has again fielded sitting MP Rodmal Nagar.
