He particularly highlighted Virat's grounded nature and simplicity, noting that in all their interactions, the cricketer appeared to be a very balanced and sensible individual, while dr Nene then recounted a pivotal conversation he had with Anushka Sharma. According to him, Anushka shared that while she and Virat had achieved unparalleled popularity and success in India, they were unable to experience the joy of it in a normal way. The constant presence of paparazzi and the massive crowds of fans at every public appearance meant that their privacy was virtually non-existent. This constant scrutiny led them to feel isolated within their own home, prompting the decision to seek a more ordinary life in London where they could live like common people.

He noted that even for his wife Madhuri, handling such situations can be challenging. For a couple like Anushka and Virat, who are at the top of the two biggest industries in the country, being in the public eye at all times can be mentally exhausting. This exhaustion and the need for a mental break contributed to their decision to find a sanctuary abroad.
