During this, Central Investigation Agency CBI and Enforcement Directorate told the court that they are considering making Aam Aadmi Party an accused in this case. During the hearing in the Manish Sisodia case, the judges asked the Enforcement Directorate why the process of framing charges against Sisodia has not yet started in the court? During this, the court said that it is wrong to keep anyone in jail for a long time.

'Agency's action is politically motivated'

Let us tell you that Aam Aadmi Party has been calling the action of CBI and ED in the Delhi liquor scam case as politically motivated. Aam Aadmi Party MP Raghav Chadha, while recently giving a statement on the action taken against Satyendar Jain, had said that nothing has been found against him in the investigation. False allegations have also been made against Manish Sisodia, they will not get anything against him also. Today MP Sanjay Singh is being punished for opposing BJP. Let us tell you that many big leaders of Aam Aadmi Party like Manish Sisodia, Satyendar Jain, Sanjay Singh have been arrested by ED and CBI in the Delhi liquor scam case. However, Satyendra Jain is currently out on bail.

Allegations against sanjay singh

Aam Aadmi Party has raised questions on the interrogation being done by ED by taking Sanjay Singh in remand. Senior party leader Reena Gupta said that the Enforcement Directorate has kept Sanjay Singh in remand for 8 days. But he has been interrogated for only three hours, which is ridiculous. Also, ED has asked most of the unnecessary questions to Sanjay Singh. Let us tell you that Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh had approached the High Court after his arrest. The trial remand was also challenged in the court. In fact, the ED's allegation against Sanjay Singh was that Sanjay Singh had played an important role in formulating and implementing the Delhi Liquor Policy, along with which some liquor sellers, wholesalers and retailers were also benefited.
