New Delhi. All-rounder Krunal Pandya batted excellently in the first ODI between India and England. Krunal scored an unbeaten 58 from 31 balls in his first ODI. Krunal Pandya beat England's bowlers fiercely and in his half-century innings he hit 7 fours and 2 sixes. However, during his best innings, Krunal Pandya flashed on England fast bowler Tom Curran.

As soon as Krunal Pandya completed his half-century, he appeared to say a few words of anger to Tom Curran. During this period, the umpire and England wicketkeeper Jose Butler intervened. The incident happened in the 49th over of the Indian innings when Hardik Pandya reached the non-strike end with a run and Tom Curran said something to him. After listening to Karran, Pandya was enraged and went after him and said something. The umpire then prevented Krunal Pandya from moving forward. Krunal Pandya complained to Karran to the umpire.

Explain that Tom Curran only talked in the first ODI as he proved to be a flop on the bowling front. After arguing with Krunal, KL Rahul hit an amazing six off Tom Curran. Tom Curran conceded 63 runs in 10 overs and had no success. On the other hand, Krunal Pandya hit a half-century off just 26 balls to hit the fastest half-century in a debut match. After his half-century, Krunal Pandya looked emotional and he appeared crying, hugging his younger brother Hardik. Krunal Pandya dedicated his half-century to his father Himanshu Pandya, who died recently.
