JDU Meeting Today: Today is the last day of the two-day JDU National Executive Meeting meeting in Patna, the capital of Bihar. Today's meeting is being held in Karpuri auditorium of JDU office from 11 am. In this meeting, many big leaders of the party including Bihar Chief Minister and former national president of the party Nitish Kumar (Bihar CM Nitish KUmar) and about 250 representatives have attended.

All eyes are on the meeting, because today the party can make many important announcements, including the PM candidate for CM Nitish's 2024 Lok Sabha elections in Gujarat (Gujarat Assembly Elections), Himachal A decision can be taken on contesting the assembly elections of the party in the state.

In the meeting of the National Executive held on Saturday, a proposal to authorize CM Nitish to unite opposition parties against the BJP was presented and also a proposal to make party MP Anil Hegde as the National Election Officer. . In today's meeting of the National Council, these announcements will be stamped after everyone's consent.

A resolution given in the JDU meeting on Saturday said that Nitish Kumar's 'vision and mission' behind the development of Bihar has been praised in India and beyond. Party sources said that top JD(U) leader Nitish Kumar will visit Delhi on September 5 to meet the opposition leaders.

Nitish had given a big statement, will cover BJP on 50 seats

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar called upon all the parties to forget their differences to unite at the national level in the state executive meeting of JDU ahead of the National Executive meeting held on Saturday. Nitish said that if everyone fights together in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, then BJP can be included in 50 seats. Nitish said his only goal was to work to unite the opposition to oust the saffron party from power.

In the meeting, party leader and Bihar Rural Development Minister Shravan Kumar said that Nitish Kumar has been authorized to unite the opposition parties. He said that the need of the hour is to unite the opposition under the leadership of Nitish Kumar to take on the BJP in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

JDU accused BJP

The JD(U) accused the BJP of imposing an "undeclared emergency" in the country, "misusing" investigative agencies to silence opposition voices and "instigating communal frenzy" in the society. The JD(U) also accused the ruling BJP at the Center of having "authoritarian tendencies and destabilizing non-BJP governments in several states including Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra, Delhi and Jharkhand".

JD(U) general secretary Afaq Ahmed Khan accused the BJP of "spreading hatred" and said Nitish Kumar can work to bring people from diverse backgrounds together to fight against the wrong policies of the BJP government.
