Farhan Akhtar is sick of the conjecture surrounding his upcoming directorial venture Don 3. Speculation was rife that Shah Rukh Khan had opted out of the third installment of the action-thriller franchise and Ranveer Singh was stepping into his shoes. Zoya Akhtar dismissed the news of Ranveer signing Don 3 as "absolute nonsense". The makers had finally zeroed in on a story for Don 3 and that scripting was in process.
