FIR Against BJP Leader for Viral AI-Generated Fake Photo of MP Priya Saroj

Based on her statement and the evidence provided, the police have booked Amod Singh, the BJP District Media In-charge, and Advocate Vishal Singh. The duo is accused of using their social media handles on platforms like Facebook and Instagram to share and promote the fake, false, and artificial morphed images. The police have registered the case under 12 stringent sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Information Technology (IT) Act, reflecting the gravity of the offense.
