Former minister Rajendra Gudha faces an FIR at Chomu police station. He is accused of removing a barrier at Tantiyawas Toll Plaza on September 28, 2025, allowing vehicles to pass without payment, and misbehaving with staff, causing revenue loss to the toll operating company.

An FIR has been lodged against former minister Rajendra Gudha at the Chomu police station, while the case stems from an incident that occurred on September 28, 2025, at the Tantiyawas Toll Plaza on Jaipur-Sikar National Highway-52, where Gudha is accused of removing a toll barrier to allow several vehicles to pass without payment. A video of the incident also surfaced. Mandia Enterprises, the company operating the toll plaza, filed a complaint on October 7, citing revenue loss and misbehavior with toll personnel, leading to the registration of the FIR.

What Happened, while

According to the police, on September 28, 2025, at Tantiyawas Toll Plaza's lane number 15, a vehicle (RJ 01 UA 4900) was reportedly demanding a toll waiver. Former minister Rajendra Gudha was also stuck in the line behind this vehicle. Ahead of him were four other cars, including one driven by youth leader Rahul Mehla, who were allegedly refusing to pay the toll.

Gudha Allegedly Removes Barrier

Sources indicate that Rajendra Gudha exited his car and approached the toll booth. He first signaled for his car to pass. As the toll barrier began to lower after the first car, he allegedly held it up with his hand. Gudha reportedly prevented the barrier from falling, allowing three vehicles to pass consecutively without paying any toll. After the vehicles had crossed, the former minister was seen shaking hands with his supporters before leaving the scene.

Allegations of Revenue Loss and Misconduct

Chomu SHO Pradeep Sharma stated that Mandia Enterprises' report alleges that toll. Staff were subjected to abusive behavior during the incident, resulting in a loss of revenue for the company. The police have registered a case against former minister Rajendra Gudha and his associate Rahul Mehla. The investigation into the matter has been assigned to ASI Krosata.
