Jaipur witnessed a shocking incident where the minor son of a former minister allegedly rammed his high-speed Audi car into three other vehicles, leaving two people injured. The incident, which occurred in the Pratap Nagar area, also saw the accused threatening and assaulting bystanders, claiming, "You can't do anything to me.

The accident took place at NRI Circle in the Pratap Nagar police station area. According to the victim, Pulkit Pareek, who was en route to Thakuria Hospital with his friend Surbhi. To deliver blood for her brother's treatment, their Swift car was hit from behind by a speeding Audi. Pulkit recounted that the collision was so severe that the Audi's airbags deployed, causing injuries to both him and Surbhi. When confronted, the minor driver allegedly started assaulting them and identified. Himself as the son of former minister and MLA Rajkumar Sharma. Two companions were also in the Audi with him. Allegations of Police Inaction
Pulkit Pareek further alleged gross negligence on the part of the Pratap Nagar police. He stated that the police neither provided assistance to take them to the hospital nor did they detain the accused, who was released from the scene. More alarmingly, the FIR wasn't registered for five hours. Pulkit claimed they had to arrange for private transport to reach the hospital, while it was only after lodging a complaint with Police Commissioner Biju George Joseph that an FIR was finally registered under sections 281 and 125(A) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
